1. Tender Conditions

The tender project refers to the property management services for the first phase of the Jinyang Lake project, which is being tendered by Shanxi Changhe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The project is self-funded and has met all the necessary conditions for bidding. Currently, an open tender process is underway, inviting qualified bidders to participate.

2.2 Project Overview: Located at No. 466 Xinjiu Road, the project covers a construction area of 65,400 square meters and includes a total of three buildings. The planned use of the development is residential.
2.3 Scope of Bidding: The tender involves the property management and related services for the first phase of the Jinyang Lake project.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 Bidders must be legally registered entities with valid business licenses that include property management as part of their business scope. They should also have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to deliver quality services. Additionally, the person responsible for the project (project manager) must hold a national property management manager post certificate or a professional qualification certificate in property management.
3.2 The tender does not accept bids from consortiums.
4. Registration and Purchase of Tender Documents
4.1 Interested bidders are invited to register and purchase the tender documents from December 13th, 2017, to December 19th, 2017, excluding holidays. The registration and document purchase hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Beijing Time) daily.
4.2 The cost for each set of tender documents is RMB 300, which is non-refundable.
