1. Tender Conditions

The tender project refers to the property management services for the first phase of the Jinyang Lake project, which is being tendered by Shanxi Changhe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The project is self-funded and has already met all the necessary conditions for bidding. Currently, an open tender process is underway, inviting qualified bidders to participate.
2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

2.2 Project Overview: Located at No. 466 Xinjiu Road, the project covers a construction area of 65,400 square meters, consisting of three buildings in total. The planned use of the development is residential.
2.3 Scope of Tender: This includes the property management services and related support for the first phase of the Jinyang Lake project. It encompasses daily operations, maintenance, security, and other essential services required to ensure the smooth functioning of the residential complex.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 Bidders must be legally registered entities with valid business licenses that include property management within their scope of operations. They should also demonstrate adequate capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources. Additionally, the project manager assigned to the bid must hold a national property management manager post certificate or a professional qualification certificate in property management.
3.2 The tender does not accept bids from consortia or joint ventures.
4. Registration and Purchase of Tender Documents
4.1 Interested bidders are invited to register and purchase the tender documents between December 13th and December 19th, 2017, excluding holidays. The registration and document purchase will be available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Beijing Time) each day.
4.2 The cost for each set of tender documents is RMB 300, which is non-refundable.
