7. Without the consent of the Public Affairs Section, non-elevator maintenance personnel are prohibited from operating any equipment in the elevator machine room and changing the functions of any equipment in the elevator.

8. Conduct an annual safety inspection of the elevator every year, and inspect and maintain it every two weeks to ensure safe operation.
