2.3 The term of service is: Tentatively two years (the contract is signed on a one-year basis).
2.4 Project Overview and Requirements: This project is mainly to provide security services for the China Tobacco Project Department of Zhengzhou Gold Leaf Property Management Co., Ltd. It is mainly responsible for 24-hour services such as gate, lobby concierge, monitoring and patrolling. All security personnel are responsible for firefighting and extinguishing duties. Responsibility for recruiting, hiring, establishing labor relations, and paying social insurance for security personnel are all the responsibility of the successful bidder. Specific staff members must be confirmed by the tenderer. Office building and outdoor area: Approximately 66,000 square meters (see tender documents for details).
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder must be an independent legal entity and capable of independently undertaking civil liability.
3.2 There are fixed business premises and facilities, and the outsourcing management system complies with laws and administrative regulations.

3.4 There are no illegal records in the business activities and the financial status is good.
3.5 The bidder shall hold a notification letter on the non-bribery criminal record issued by the procuratorial office of the place where the enterprise is registered or where the project is located (the opening time is valid until the deadline for submission of bids).
3.6 The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
