Compared to the existing 456 Series NANO2 fuse, the 463 Series offers improved thermal cycle tolerance, capable of withstanding 500 cycles at extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C. This enhanced reliability helps prevent false disconnections caused by thermal cycling in critical systems.
The 463 Series provides robust circuit protection with an ultra-high current rating of up to 500A@72VDC, all within a compact surface-mount package measuring just 10.1mm x 3.12mm x 3.12mm. Its low temperature ramping performance and excellent thermal stability make it ideal for use in data communications and telecommunications equipment, such as high-speed servers, base stations, power supplies, and blade computing systems.
