Compared to its predecessor, the 456 Series NANO2 fuse, the 463 Series offers improved thermal cycle tolerance, capable of withstanding 500 cycles between -30°C and +80°C. This ensures reliable performance and prevents false disconnections caused by thermal cycling issues in critical environments.
The 463 Series provides robust circuit protection with an ultra-high current rating of up to 500A@72VDC, all in a compact surface-mount package measuring 10.1mm x 3.12mm x 3.12mm. Its low temperature ramping and excellent thermal stability make it ideal for use in data communications and telecommunications equipment, including high-speed servers, base stations, power supplies, and blade computing systems.
