Littelfuse, a global leader in circuit protection technology, has recently launched the SP814x family of low-capacitance TVS diode arrays. These advanced components are specifically designed to protect high-speed electronic devices from damaging electrostatic discharge (ESD). With their ultra-low capacitance and fast response time, the SP814x series ensures reliable performance while maintaining signal integrity in critical applications.

The SP814x family is ideal for protecting interfaces such as HDMI 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and IEEE 1394. It features four or six rail-to-rail diode channels along with Zener diodes that can safely absorb repeated ESD discharges up to ±8kV contact discharge, exceeding the IEC61000-4-2 standard. This makes it a perfect choice for high-speed data lines where signal degradation must be minimized.

Applications for the SP814x include LCD/PDP TVs, external storage devices, DVD and Blu-ray players, desktops and servers, notebooks and tablets, set-top boxes, smartphones, flash memory cards, and digital video cameras.
