I. Tender conditions

II. Overview and scope of tender
(1) Assume that all the field (laboratory) operations in the Shixi Oilfield Operation Area have carried out fluid analysis and analysis. The main inspection items are crude oil in the oil field, analysis of formation water, production fluid, full analysis of injected water, natural gas components, etc. The total workload of the laboratories in the West Oilfield operations area includes relevant temporary work arranged by the competent authorities of the operation area; (2) Construction site: Shixi oilfield operation area; (3) Duration: January 1, 2017 to 2017 On the 31st of the month; (4) For details, please refer to the bidding documents with the bid number SXZB2017-001.

III. Bidder qualification requirements
1. This consortium does not accept bids from the consortium; 2. It has legal personality; 3. It has a market access certificate (oil, natural gas and water test detection and analysis, etc.) for China Petroleum Xinjiang Oilfield that fits this project and China Petroleum Xinjiang Oilfield Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Access Permit.
