1, tender conditions.
The bidding for the procurement of gas drainage equipment for the Luzhou Coal Mine Xiaolan Coal Mine has been approved by Yanzhou Coal Jingjiuzi [2016] No. 10, and the tenderer is Datong Coal Mining Group Yanzhou Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. The capital source is self-raised. After entrusted by Datong Coal Mining Group's Yanzhou Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd., after the first announcement of the tender, until the deadline for the sale, there were less than three bidders. The second announcement is now underway, and all eligible bidders can participate.
2. Bidding content of the project
2.1 Bidding content:
A set of gas drainage equipment, please refer to the tender documents for details.
2.2 Delivery time: 60 days after signing the contract
2.3 Delivery place: Yanqi Coal Mine
3. Qualification of bidders and registration requirements The tender requires bidders to have independent legal personality, good social reputation and ability to perform contracts, and to provide advanced and reliable products and good after-sales service to manufacturers or agents.
When registering, you must bring the following original qualifications and a copy of the official seal of the company:
3.1 The legal person's authorization for this project (must have the legal person and the attorney's signature) or legal representative qualification certificate (original); legal person or the attorney's identity card (original).
3.2 Enterprise Qualification Documents: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate (copy of the original and copy of the official seal of the company);
3.3 Product Qualification Documentation: Qualification documents for the product submitted, such as production licenses, coal safety certificates, explosion proof certificates, product inspection certificates, and related qualification certificates, etc.
3.4 Authorized agent ID card and photocopy;
3.5 Three or more copies of the same or above product sales results in the past three years (with a copy of the contract together with the company's official seal).
3.6 Provide the results (original) of the criminal record of no bribery issued by the Procuratorate.
4. Obtaining tender documents
4.1 Those who wish to participate in bids are invited to attend the tenders from November 15 to November 21, 2016 (no Saturdays, Sundays), daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 15 p.m. to 18 p.m. (Beijing time, the same below ), purchase the tender documents with the information listed in item 3 of this announcement, and will not refund after sale.
