The qualifications of urban and road lighting engineering contracting enterprises are divided into first, second and third grades.
Level 1 qualification criteria:
1. The company has undertaken more than 3 lighting projects in the following 5 projects in the past 5 years, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) 3 substation and distribution rooms (including cables and lines) above 10KV;
(2) Transformer installation works with a capacity of 160KVA or more;
(3) Lighting engineering with remote control function;
(4) Lighting projects with more than 2 channels of power supply and self-returning;
(5) Lighting projects with equipment investment of more than 300,000 yuan (excluding civil engineering and cable and line parts).
2. The enterprise manager has more than 8 years of experience in engineering management or has a senior professional title; the chief engineer has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management and has a senior professional title; the chief accountant has an intermediate title or above.
There are no less than 30 engineering and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no less than 20 engineers and technicians; among engineering and technical personnel, no less than 10 persons with intermediate or above titles.
The company has no less than 4 project managers with secondary qualifications.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 8 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 10 million yuan.
4. The highest annual project settlement income of the company in the past 3 years is more than 12 million yuan.
5. The company has corresponding construction machinery and quality testing equipment, and has at least:
(1) More than 2 lift trucks over 20 meters;
(2) Locations for lamps that are not affected by external light sources.
Contracting scope:
It can undertake lighting projects (including substations and power distribution rooms) for roads, highways, building facades, public green spaces, etc. in various cities.
Secondary qualification standard:
1. In the past 5 years, I have undertaken more than 2 of the following 3 lighting projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) 10KV cable or line engineering;
(2) Transformer installation works with a capacity of more than 100KVA;
(3) The lighting project of equipment investment of more than 300,000 yuan (excluding civil engineering and cable and line parts).
2. The enterprise manager has more than 5 years of experience in engineering management or has intermediate professional title; the technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management and has a senior professional title; the financial person in charge has intermediate or above accounting title.
There are no less than 20 engineering and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no less than 15 engineers and technicians; among engineering and technical personnel, no less than 6 persons with intermediate or above titles.
There are no less than two project managers with three levels of qualifications.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 4 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 5 million yuan.
4. The highest annual project settlement income of the company in the past 3 years is more than 7 million yuan.
5. The company has more than one 13-meter lift truck and 20-meter lift truck.
Contracting scope:
It can undertake lighting projects such as roads, highways, building facades, public green spaces, etc. for various types of cities with a single contract value not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of enterprises.
Level 3 qualification criteria:
1. In the past 5 years, the company has undertaken the lighting project construction of the lighting project above 380V and the cable of more than 5 kilometers (or overhead lines of more than 10 kilometers). The quality of the project is qualified.
2. The enterprise manager has more than 3 years of experience in engineering construction management or has a middle-level or above title; the technical person in charge has more than 3 years of experience in engineering construction technology management and has a mid-level professional title; the financial person in charge has a junior accounting title.
There are no less than 8 engineering and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no less than 5 engineers and technicians; among engineering and technical personnel, no less than 3 persons with intermediate or above titles.
There are no less than one project manager with three levels of qualifications.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 2 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 2.4 million yuan.
4. The highest annual project settlement income of the company in the past 3 years is more than 4 million yuan.
Contracting scope:
Can undertake lighting projects such as roads, highways, building facades, public green spaces, etc. in cities with a contract value of 380V or less that does not exceed 5 times the registered capital of the enterprise.
