According to relevant persons from Tongji University, the night lighting design of the Expo Park will form three main axes: the Huangpu River, the Expo Axis and the Zhouqiao, as well as the elevated walkways across the main national pavilions in Pudong. Among them, the urban best practice area will become a concentrated demonstration area of ​​LED. The Expo Harmony Tower, which was transformed from the chimney of the Nanshi Power Plant, will also be covered with LED neon coats. On the outside of the Harmony Tower, surrounded by four streamer-type double-track spiral elevators, the outline of the streamers is made up of LED lights. In the Expo Center, LEDs will be decorated in a variety of ways, such as external light, internal light, and contour light.
