Model search

The device model is divided into a template and a component: A template is a generic model based on a certain type of device. It requires the user to set various parameters according to the needs to meet the requirements for use. The component is a certain component. Or a model of a series of commercial components (such as the LM324) that can be used without any user settings. For the need to set the parameter template model, you need to go to PartGallery to find, and the component model can directly use PartGallery's search function or Parametric Search tool to search. Saber's component library is divided into two types, DX library and SL library. The latter lacks the tolerance and stress analysis parameters compared to the former; the library ending in _sl belongs to the SL library. This model has no MC and STRESS characteristics, but the simulation speed is very fast;

1. According to the technical application category: Click on the MAST Parts Library directory in the Part Gallery directory to get a list of categories: various sources or reference sources in the Sources, Power, and Ground directories. Various analog digital circuits in the Electronics directory ;

3. In the parameter search, in the General menu you can set the device related parameters to narrow the search range;

4. Limit parameters can be set in maximum raTIng;

1. primiTIve is the model name of the parameter, generally cannot be changed, ref is the unique name given by the schematic, used for identification;

2. Capacitance or inductance initial voltage or current value setting: There is an ic setting in the properties of the capacitor or inductive element. By default, it is not set (undef). Set it to the desired value.

Operating temperature range:

Mini Vibration Motor should be used at a temperature of -10~60℃.

The figures stated in the catalog specifications are based on use at ordinary room temperature catalog specifications re based on use at ordinary room temperature (approximately20~25℃.

If a Mini Vibration Motor is used outside the prescribed temperature range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.Depending on the temperature conditions ,it may be possible to deal with them by changing the grease of the motor's parts.Please feel free to consult with us about this.

Storage temperature range:

Mini Vibration Motor should be stored ta a temperature of -15~65℃.

In case of storage outside this range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.

Service life:

The longevity of Mini Vibration Motor is greatly affected by the load conditions , the mode of operation,the environment of use ,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to check the conditions under which the product will actually be used .The following conditions will have a negative effect on longevity.Please consult with us should any of them apply.

●Momentary reversals of turning direction

●Impact loads

●Long-term continuous operation

●Forced turning using the output shaft

●Use in which the permitted overhang load or the permitted thrust load is exceeded

●Use of a voltage that is nonstandard as regards the rated voltage

●Use outside the prescribed temperature or relative-humidity range,or in a special environment.
