Three of the COB products passed the 7000-hour test of the LM-80, and the test data showed that the COB LED of Hongli Optoelectronics has a good service life. Up to now, the company has passed more than ten LED packaging devices through the third-party authoritative testing, including SMD EMC3535/EMC3030/2835/3528/3014/5730, COB series LC002/LM002/LM003/LT005, and high-power C3535. .


Hongli Optoelectronics pointed out that the company's COB LT005 is currently the world's largest COB power (power 100W), ENERGY STAR qualified LED package products, it has the most complete patent protection in the country, low thermal resistance package design, thermal resistance <0.4 ° C /W, with special buckle, with the best light design and thermal design, mainly used in outdoor lighting products, high bay lights, street lights, floodlights and so on. The COB LM002 and LM003 pass the detection power of 9W and 25W respectively. The product is the first COB in China to prevent vulcanization design. It is mainly used in indoor lighting products such as PAR lamps, bulb lamps, spotlights, downlights, etc.
