[High-tech LED News] Recently, Topband and Guangzhou Laidi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on LED Lighting and Other Fields".
The agreement cooperation includes (1) purchase and sales cooperation: Lattice Optoelectronics purchases LED lighting driver power and various LED lamps from Topband. Tupang shares custom development and production of LED lighting driver power and various LED lamps for Lattice. (2) Contract energy management cooperation: In the field of large-scale urban public lighting energy-saving and intelligent systems, the contract energy management mode will jointly provide energy-saving and intelligent transformation and management services for urban street lighting systems.
According to the announcement, the implementation period of the agreement is three years. If the two sides have no objection after three years, they will automatically renew for three years.
