Status of domestic valve production testing

At present, most of the size inspections of domestic valve production processes use contact detection methods such as dial gauges and chucks. In addition to the diameter of the rod, other parameters are mostly sampled. Sampling inspection cannot guarantee the timeliness and comprehensiveness. Once scraps are found, batch products may be scrapped and cause huge losses to the enterprise; at the same time, manual testing needs to be equipped with multiple people to meet the demand, resulting in low efficiency and great uncertainty. Affect the delivery quality of enterprises and increase production labor costs. Regarding the appearance inspection of valves, most domestic enterprises currently use manual inspection, that is, visually inspecting the appearance, which not only has a high labor cost but also cannot guarantee the inspection quality.

Some companies have begun to try to use automatic detection equipment. At present, non-contact detection equipment has good applicability, but it can only detect the size and the price is high. The price of contact testing equipment is low, but due to the poor adaptability of contact equipment to many varieties of production, and there is loss in the application process. Neither type of equipment can achieve visual inspection. For the above reasons, the application of these two types of devices is not very widespread at present.
