The audio signal received by the electret microphone is coupled to the amplifier composed of the inverter IC1-A through C1 for amplification. The amplified audio signal is applied to both ends of the varactor diode VD1 (30V, 4 ~ 32pF) to make the capacitance The sound changes and changes to achieve the purpose of frequency modulation. The three-terminal ceramic filter and IC1-B together form a carrier signal oscillation circuit. The modulated audio signal is inverted by L1-C, amplified by IC1-D, IC1-E, IC-F, and then coupled to the antenna through C7 and transmitted into the air. In this circuit, IC1-C not only inverts the signal internally, but also reduces the output impedance, so that the front-end circuit and the post-stage amplifier circuit can be better matched, effectively increasing the transmission frequency.
In the circuit shown in the figure, the six inverters IC1-A to IC1-F use the CMOS six-inverter integrated circuit CD4069. The launch frequency of the aircraft is about 96.3MHz, and the best effect is when the antenna is 700mm.
