LedEngin launches 2000 lumens 40W white LED
Led Engin has introduced a 40W LED light source in a 2000 lumens, 9mm x 9mm package that can be used in warm, natural and daylight temperature ranges. Multi-chip LEDs can achieve 2000 + lumens in both natural and daylight color temperatures, and 1500+ lumens in warm light. The product's thermal resistance of 0.7 degrees Celsius / W allows extreme power density to build a compact, efficient optical system from a small source.
High-quality materials and patented packaging technology make LedEngin 40WLED the choice of optimized light output and reduced pressure, making it far superior to industry standards with superior reliability, color point stability and long life. The powerful package allows the 40W LED illuminator to meet the moisture sensitivity level of JEDEC Lev el 1 as defined by the unlimited in-plant life.
LedEngin also offers 24° and 35° lenses, which are especially suitable for optimizing the LED to provide the best quality and maximum number of light sources within the beam. The secondary fiber maximizes the practical light source and provides a uniform color beam for soft light gradations. These lenses do not have the effects of hot spots, shadows or burrs on other lighting solutions, including other LED sources, exhibitions, etc. By using these patented lenses, there is no additional filter or diffuser, this LedEngin transmitter/lens combination creates a high quality lighting solution.
LedEngin 40W LEDs and lenses are available now, and the initial samples are supplied on a custom MCPCB that is easy to install and matches the lens and lens mount.
