In the next year, LED lighting revenue will account for more than 10%.

Yang Lichang pointed out that the cost of an IC in an LED dome lamp only accounts for 5%. The IC type shipment contributes too little to the accumulation of revenue, and the unit price of the module is 5-6 times that of the IC. Although the mode of shipment is lower than the gross profit margin of the single IC, it can maximize the overall profit. In addition, the price of LED has dropped sharply this year, which is very helpful for the stimulation of LED lighting applications. This is also an opportunity for accumulation.

Yang Lichang further pointed out that in the future, if LED lighting is shipped in modular form, some materials will be prepared by customers and only the key materials will be accumulated. Therefore, the necessary material inventory required for the production of the module will not be aggravated.

In addition, in the LED backlight market, the accumulation revenue accounted for only 1%. According to the accumulation, the main second-line products are already customers, including Skyworth, TCL, Haier, etc., but the amount is still small.
