1 Overview

With the continuous improvement of mechanization and automation in coal mines, safe power supply is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of each production link. The reliable operation of the coal mine power supply and distribution system is very important for the safe production of coal mines. Although in recent years, the coal mine power supply management department has continuously strengthened the management of personnel quality while improving underground power distribution equipment and applying new technological achievements, so that the reliability of the coal mine power supply system has been improved, but there are frequent power supply accidents due to human factors. Occurred, which affected the safety of coal mine production. In addition, the power supply department has more staff on duty and line maintenance every day, and the labor productivity is lower. Therefore, it is very urgent to implement microcomputer protection and monitoring of underground power supply system and realize unattended substation. As far as the current coal mine power supply system is concerned, although microcomputer protection and monitoring systems have also been applied, it is mainly aimed at the ground power supply system. There are not many microcomputer protection and monitoring devices used in underground mines. Protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage protection, phase failure protection and other protection functions, the network function of the distribution equipment in the mining area is weak. To realize the unattended operation of underground substations is to realize the functions of remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, remote adjustment and various protection functions. According to the characteristics of coal mine power supply and distribution system, KJ626 coal mine power supply monitoring system adopts the latest technology of ground power automation system, embedded technology, distributed network technology, etc. The new generation of coal mine power monitoring system can be implemented for coal mine ground and underground power supply systems. Integrated real-time monitoring, the system provides modern management methods for the safe operation of the mine power grid.

2 System composition and function

2.1 System composition

KJ626 coal mine power supply monitoring system is mainly composed of underground power monitoring equipment and ground center station. Install the system host and related equipment in the ground power monitoring and dispatching center, and transmit the signals of the underground power supply monitoring equipment to the ground power monitoring and dispatching center through the ring network switch for centralized control and management.

The system can be divided into four levels: basic equipment layer (high and low voltage integrated protector), central control layer (KJ626-F power monitoring substation, transmission and communication layer (downhole ring network switch), ground monitoring and monitoring layer (ground power monitoring Dispatching center) can display the power supply system operation diagram and various chart curves, etc. Among them, the basic equipment layer mainly completes the high and low voltage switch data collection, calculation, protection and control execution, and accesses the power monitoring substation through the RS485 bus, and the monitoring substation Connected to the transmission and communication layer, the signal is converted into an optical signal through the transmission and communication platform and transmitted to the ground monitoring and monitoring layer (ground power monitoring and dispatching center) at high speed.

2.2 Main functions of the system
