Ochias annual output of 600 million sets of LED lamps

The 180,000-square-meter plant that has been built in the first phase of O'Keith Gao'an Industrial Park will use fully automated LED production equipment and implement the module management model of “factory supermarket”. Otis will complete the R&D, design and production of LED packaging and lighting applications within the Gao'an Industrial Park. It is estimated that the annual production capacity of LED lamps of O'Keith Gao'an Industrial Park will reach 600 million sets, becoming the largest LED industry base in the central and even the whole country. Luo Yuhui said that the future LED industry competition lies in technological innovation and the management of standardized processes. In order to create the core technology of O'Kiss, O'Chys has set up a research and development team for LED production in Taiwan, and has made certain breakthroughs in the research and development of core technologies and product design. The “factory supermarket” module management model, which has been demonstrated through expert seminars and verified by practice, will become a weapon for future competition in the Ojis market.

It is understood that the planned construction of the first phase of O'Keith Gao'an Industrial Park covers an area of ​​200,000 square meters. It plans to put into production 20 fully automated production lines for fluorescent tubes and 20 fully automated production lines for bulb lamps, with an annual production capacity of 600 million sets of LED lamps; 200,000 square meters, mainly for the production of light; the third phase of the planned land of 270,000 square meters, mainly based on Internet of Things applications. The launch of OJS Jiangxi Gao'an Industrial Park has played an important role in the development of Gao'an's LED optoelectronics industry. It is expected to be included in Jiangxi Province's 13 key projects for over 10 billion yuan in 2015.
